Since 2013, Ana Elias Consulting has provided public-sector operations and policy implementation consulting services to government contractors, local agencies, public-works organizations, and businesses operating within highly structured and regulated environments.

Led by Anna Guitron and Elias Naranjo, the firm combines extensive administrative, operational, and field-level experience to help organizations strengthen internal procedures, implement policies, improve workflows, develop training resources, and establish effective reporting and accountability systems.

Our leadership brings together expertise in policy analysis, operational planning, project coordination, administrative documentation, field operations, road maintenance, equipment procedures, workforce organization, and public-works project support.
